Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies – EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay no VAT (reverse charge). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account; Stripe's card fees apply.

Good to know
Do the people booking need an account?
No. They pick a time on your plan, leave their name and email, and get a confirmation by email.
We already have a floor plan drawing. Can we use it?
Yes. Upload a PDF, an image or a photo of it, set the scale by clicking a wall you know the length of, and place rooms on top.
Can some people book without waiting for approval?
Yes. Add them as trusted people, and their bookings are confirmed instantly – handy for staff and regular groups.
Can we charge for bookings?
Yes. Set a price per hour, per day, per booking or per month on any room or desk. People pay online when they book – or, if you approve requests first, right after you approve. Free spaces stay free.
Where does the money go, and when?
Straight to your own bank account, through Stripe – it never passes through us. You set it up in about 5 minutes with your business ID and IBAN; no existing Stripe account is needed.
What does taking payments cost?
Stripe's card fee, plus a small platform fee that depends on your plan: 3 % on Starter, 1.5 % on Studio and nothing on Business.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU, with Cloudflare. We only keep what's needed for bookings, and you can delete it any time.
