Put your booking page on your website

People can see your floor plan, pick a room or desk and book it without leaving your site. It takes one line of code, and the page stays up to date by itself – change a room in FloorKite and your website shows it right away.

Part of the Studio, Business and Enterprise plans. On Starter you can still link to your booking page – the address is under Settings → On your website.

Two steps

  1. Copy the code. In FloorKite, open Settings → On your website and press Copy code. It looks like this, with your own address in it:
    <script src="https://floorkite.com/embed.js" data-org="your-address" async></script>
  2. Paste it into your website, on the page where the booking page should appear, using a block for HTML or code (see below). Publish the page – that's it.

The booking page takes the full width of the place you put it and grows as tall as it needs, so there's no second scroll bar. Use Preview next to the code to see how it will look.

Your website builder

Menus change from time to time, so the names below may be a little different on your site. What you're looking for is a block that takes HTML or code – not a normal text block, which would show the code as text.

WordPress

Edit the page, add a Custom HTML block, paste the code and update the page. On WordPress.com, some plans don't allow scripts – then use the code without a script.

Wix

Choose Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML, paste the code and stretch the box to full width. Wix keeps the box at the height you drag it to, so make it tall – about 1,000 pixels is a good start.

Squarespace

Add a Code block, paste the code and save. Squarespace allows scripts only on some plans; if nothing appears, use the code without a script.

Webflow

Drag an Embed (Code Embed) element onto the page, paste the code and publish. Scripts run on the published site, not in the Designer.

Your own HTML

Put the line where the booking page should be, inside <body>. Nothing else is needed.

If your site doesn't allow scripts

Some site builders and plans don't run scripts. Then use the second code under Settings → On your website – a plain frame that works almost everywhere:

<iframe src="https://floorkite.com/o/your-address?embed=1" title="Book a room or desk" style="width:100%;height:1000px;border:0" allow="payment"></iframe>

The difference: a frame doesn't grow by itself. Set the height (1000px above) to fit your floor plan; if the page is cut off at the bottom, make it larger.
